In an apartment building from the beginning of the 20th century, there is an apartment occupying the entire area of one floor. With the overall reconstruction, we are also adjusting its layout. By connecting three existing rooms with a newly pierced enfilade, a generous living space is created, divided into a kitchen, dining room, living room and a separable study. The study can also be used as a guest room, the fold-out bed here offers a place for occasional sleeping for two people. The kitchen line at the opposite end is a closable piece of furniture with a dominating protruding kitchen island made of colorful quartzite. The circular table in the middle of the triple space is the imaginary center of the entire apartment, the axis of the enfilade intersects in its center with the axis of the view when entering the room. From the central entrance hall, you can also enter the children's room, toilets and dressing room, behind which is hidden the bedroom with its own bathroom. The bedroom and children's room are located in the quieter rear part of the apartment with a view of the yard.

The design emphasizes noble materials and elaborate details. The apartment combines the original character of the interior with a contemporary modern concept. The temporally and architecturally different elements are optically connected by the brass details, as well as by the same color shade of ivory used, for example, on the casement windows, doors and selected pieces of furniture. The living rooms have oak parquet floors, the entrance hall and the bathrooms have terrazzo on the floor.
